With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Charles is very passionate about helping and serving each customer with the insurance products they need to protect their families! This is a perfect career for Charles because his most important priority to him is family. He is driven to guide and direct families to have the right insurance to protect them for the future and unknown circumstances!
Charles started his own business, "Charlie's Lawn Maintenance", at a young age of just 14. After finishing High School and College, he went on to continue into the landscaping industry with Pippin Landscaping, conquering more complex landscapes and landscape design. During 2006, Charles had a Great calling and Awareness on his life to be involved in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Charles saw an opportunity to help folks and serve God at the same time with his career! Charles was able to see an opportunity to take after his Dad who had been in the insurance business for over 40 years. Charles and his family have been involved in local ministry since that time in addition to his career as an insurance agent. Charles is blessed to have a wonderful family, he very happily married to Crystal H Pippin. Together, they have two children Lexi and Jackson. Charles enjoys spending time with his family and serving the Lord.
Once you meet Crystal Pippin you won’t ever forget this sweet face and kind spirited soul. Crystal started her career strait out of High School in the field of banking. With over 10 years of experience in that line of business she progressed over in the insurance industry in 2014 where she was a Customer Service Representative and then became an agent in 2016.
Crystal is a devout Christian and strong in her faith, and along with being trustworthy, outgoing, dependable and passionate in her loyalty towards helping others Crystal makes choosing and searching for insurance like a pleasant family affair. She is steadfast in her belief that if it is good and affordable for her then she wants the same attributes for you as well and making unexpected unfortunate mishaps of life seem like a walk in the park.
